But the truth is, Taking Bath cools body temperature, regardless of other reasons (cleans skin, removes dirt,etc.).
It is found that, 75% of diseases are caused due to the increased body temperature, and thus to rectify this, our ancestors taught us to take bath in the morning.
Heat wastes settles in body at night and will get removed in morning bath. Bathing involves heat to be transferred from feet to leg, leg to waist, waist to body, body to head.
