Both Cold water and Hot water have benefits in different criteria. Our body requires cold water for better health and hot water for better health maintenance, which is included in one of the popular medical assistance program.
Hot water can be consumed regularly for better digestion, which dissolve oils in food, dehydrates complex compounds and regulates proper excretion.
This hot water in-taken after heavy meals is responsible for proper digestion of oily food stuffs or junk items especially, it is recommended to use hot water after non-vegetable meals.
Cold water is rich in minerals like barium, calcium, aluminum, magnesium, iron, etc. Consuming this water directly adds these minerals to our body and keeps healthy.
But, when cold water is heated, these minerals get evaporated at their respective boiling point and keeps no sufficient minerals in it.
Consuming this water (after heating) is not enough to regulate body metabolism and doesn’t adds content rich minerals to the blood stream.
Drinking normal tap water has more minerals and is healthier than hot water.
The best way to drink is by keeping cold water in Clay pots (clay pots or tanks sold in market), which absorbs microbes, bacteria, algae and fungus from normal cold water and keeps the water rich in minerals.
